I tried reinstalling Icon Packager and it says maximum activations reached. I use Vista.

Well the activations are very much reset now. Try uninstalling and resintalling Stardock Central to clear the path issues.

well it happend to me too   
i reinstalled vista and got Maximum activations reached
its my shame i reinstall OS every week   
please can you reset my activation too?

Yep! You are all set. However for activation troubles please be sure to use support@stardock.com before using the forums.

No worries. The difference is the first thing I look at when doing support are tickets. We of course support our forums but our tickets are first on the list. Just didn't want you to be left hanging is all.

I still can't get Icon Packager to work. It keeps saying application path not found.
